Possible controller layout problems?

Hi,

I want to build a midi controller using mostly the livid builder components. I've created the faceplate layout and wanted to know if I could run into possible problems with such a layout when using the Omni boards.I've done the measurements of button/knob/fader spacing based on a converted cad file for sketchup of the 5x4" livid elements faceplates. However, I couldn't measure the correct corner radius for the buttons and haven't found any documentation on it thus far. Radius for now is 3mm, not sure if that will be ok for the button spacers.  I've noticed that the older push/rotary boards were splittable by rows/columns, but the Omni boards are not?
