DS1 with Ableton 9 and Push Fader issue.

I am running the latest version of Ableton Live 9. I am running the DS1 along side Ableton Push.  I am having an issue with one of the line faders for channel 6... At first it was randomly moving in Ableton with out touching it on the DS1 and now just stopped receiving any signal from the DS1.  I reinstalled the latest firmware for the DS1 but am still having the same problem.  Any ideas what this could be from?
