Base II loses settings

Hi everyone,

I recently got the Base II which I use with Ableton.
It seems like when I change settings in the Online Editor and save them to the device it still them a while later.
I guess this is because the Ableton script is initialising all settings, what would be the best approach to change some things?
For now I only want to change the user mode but eventually I will be customising some other stuff as well (session box size, and device mode probably)
The script looks beautiful by the way, great work! I can't wait to dig in and customise some settings, looks like good fun!
