I just got a code v2, suppesodely new, from an australian music dealer on ebay, but I'm a bit surprise about half of the encoder seem to have no physical feedback, they're not "gliding" smoothly and firmly like the others, they have no resistance, make a bit of noise and have a very cheap general feeling.
Is it expected or should I return it (for a big fee probably since I live in France). The package arrived as new, with the little check-up card from livid.
It's a little less disturbing with the 1x default speed, but still
It's a little desappointing for a controller this pricey. besides that everyting works good and this is a perfect little device for my needs.
is there some kind of grease I could use or something? or can I return it to livid?
