Problem with potentiometer sliders.

Hey,

I'm struggling to wire up potentiometers to my brain Jr.

I bought 60mm potentiometer sliders from the Livid instruments store, but can't get them to work. They have 4 pins on one end of the slider and 2 on the other end - I can't tell which is ground, wiper and voltage.

Any help in the form of instructions or diagrams  would be greatly appreciated!
