BrainJr bootloader? Firmware update process. And griping.

OK, I've been patient but I've about had it. The documentation and support for the Brain JR is atrocious.

I've had 2 units ordered in January, delivered late in February, and installed and waiting in my device.

Support has been terrible. An editor was promised, then off the table, then promised, then rolled out without any notification or heads-up to those of us who purchased them.

There are new firmware updates, but no information I can find about entering bootloader mode to install them.

Look, I know this is DIY, but get reasonable. What I'm building is bone-simple. I'm a novice with a good idea - exactly the marketing you're pitching for the jr - and right now the weak link in its development is your software.

So, bootloader mode? Your firmware update wiki page says nothing. The Brain Jr page says nothing. How about a little basic documentation?
