Greetings, just got my Base (and Live, too, for that matter, so lots to figure out!). After a few hours rummaging around in the various links and wikis I'm beginning to wonder if I'm tech-savvy enough to actually manage this thing; so many quirky behaviors and almost-as-desribed reactions, but not quite... So, before I decide to bail and just get a better keyboard, I'm wondering if there's anybody out there who'd be willing (and competent) to spend a little time consulting with me via Skype to get me rolling right? I'd be happy to pay some happy hourly rate and it may not need more than an hour if that...
And while I'm here, it seems that no matter what page of the Live script I'm in, the left-most button in the second to lowest row always turns the master volume off, yet will raise it with pressure. Is that intended? Don't see any mention of it, and it seems a poor idea!
