Problems changing the Colors of Base Touch Faders

I want to change the colors of the Base Touch Faders dynamically.

When i try to send a note message (eg Note Nr 1and  velocity 127 (green) for Fader 1) to Base nothing happens. I uses the online edito, the Remote Codec and Midi Ox to send the Note value but nothing happens.

Any clue?
