Moog CV to Brain Analog inputs

Hi folks,

What do you think about hooking up Moog 0 - +5 v. CV outputs to the Brain's analog input pin and ground? I am interested in converting a Theremin Plus's CV outputs into MIDI CC messages. From what I read in the WIKI it would be a bad idea to hook this up to my CNTRL:R's pedal inputs.

Or how about my building a cable for CNTLR:R 1/4" input? T.S. on the Moog C.V. source side and then T.R.S. on the CNTRL:R side. Wire Moog's C.V. ground to Sleeve, Moog's +5 to Ring and leave Tip unconnected.
