I just bought cntrl:r yesterday and I found an unpleasant surprises.
First problem is that almost all knobs are curved.
If I take a look to the controller from left or right side, it's totally visible that all knobs are not in straight line physically.
Second problem is when I turn all knobs to lowest position (zero point) it's visible that some of the knobs are in different measurements.
For example, if you put a digits to all knobs from 0 till 127, you will see that some knobs 0 position is not equal to 0.
(Take a look to the middle knobs in the top and second line. All knobs are turned to the lowest position.)
Third problem is that two 360 rotary knobs turning really hard when blue light shines from about 12 o'clock side.
Fourh problem is that a lot of controls sending different midi signal. I tried it with Traktor Pro and Ableton, but finally i downloaded
a Midi Monitor and turned it on. When I turn fader or knob to the middle/center position (12 o'clock), then midi monitor shows different digits in each control.

I will take the device back to my dealer today, because I cannot work like that with my controller and I hope that you will change it.
